Climbing Programs for Women and Non-Binary Folk in Camden, Maine
Empowerment Through Climbing. Connection Through Community.
At Equinox Guiding Service, we believe climbing should be fun, accessible, supportive, and promote inclusivity. We want to create a welcoming and inclusive space for women, LGTBQIA+, and non-binary folk to deepen their connection to the outdoors. Our women-led programming is built by climbers, for all types of climbers - (new climbers welcome!) - with a focus on community, inclusivity, confidence, and growth.

Why Women, LGBTQIA+, and Non-Binary Climbing?
We strive to create a nurturing space for folks of marginalized groups to connect and push their limits. The goals of these programs are to:
Feel empowered through skill building and community
Ask questions and learn in a supportive environment
Develop leadership and confidence
Add diversity to more outdoor spaces and create new connections with like-minded folk
Our guides love sharing their outdoor leadership skills, so that it can continue to be passed along for all to learn and share.
