What You’ll Learn in Wilderness First Aid Training
Emergency scene response and patient assessment
How to manage musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, dislocations, fractures)
Soft tissue care: wounds, bleeding, and infections
Environmental emergencies: hypothermia, heat illness, altitude sickness, lightning
Shock, allergic reactions, and long-term care
Safe evacuation and decision-making in remote terrain
Hands-on wilderness medical scenarios
Duration: 2 full days September 6 and 7th from 9 am–5 pm
Location: Camden, Maine or nearby outdoor venues
Cost: $225 per person
Optional: Add Adult CPR Certification for $25
Includes SOLO WFA Certification, course workbook, and scenario gear
