Pilot Cutter Hesper

Everyday is different on board. Our trips all start out with a collaborative plan on what we want to accomplish. Sandy beaches, traditional Maine Lobster bakes ashore, small quaint island towns are all sure to be apart of your sailing experience. Our destinations are dictated by wind, tide and weather.

We do follow a general daily template. Mornings start with the smell of fresh baked goods, tea & coffee. The woodstove crackles and if you sit up on deck for sunrise, you can see the smoke billow across the flat calm mornings. After breakfast we make sail, generally to our next destination. We try to make it to our next destination by early afternoon to allow for shoreside activities. Sea Kayaks are broken out, tenders taken ashore, books are read, naps are taken. Nights are full of cuisine, wine, good stories, scrabble and stargazing. Some guests choose to sleep on deck for a night, especially in some of the more remote anchorages with no ambient lighting.
